Our firm is led by Attorney Christopher F. Wilson, who began his legal practice in Central Pennsylvania in 1994, where he worked for a solo practitioner, focusing on criminal defense. Since then he has handled thousands criminal files (from minor matters to death penalty files), tried numerous cases (both jury and non-jury trials), and has also litigated a significant number of appellate cases before the Superior, Commonwealth, and Supreme Courts.
Many of Attorney Wilson's criminal cases have received attention from the media and legal publications. This experience allows Attorney Wilson to provide you with dedicated attention and use past successful practices to obtain the best outcome for your case -- whether it is a minor case or involves more serious consequences.
A significant portion of Attorney Wilson’s practice areas in the past 15 years has also been on legal matters involving construction and engineering firms involved with highway construction and design matters (both representing private firms and public entities). Attorney Wilson spent more than 10 years as a counsel with the Governor's Office of General Counsel. The majority of those years were spent as an Assistant Counsel with PennDOT in the highway construction and claims unit.
During that time, multiple cases where nationally reported in various construction and legal journals. For the past five years, since returning to private practice, Attorney Wilson has used that experience to obtain positive outcomes for numerous clients. These include obtaining prequalification, DBE status, and assisting with a bid protest issue or a suspension/debarment matter.
